Every day, we work hard to improve your experience with Mixam. As part of this ongoing effort, we’ve updated our Terms of Use and Service (“Terms”). These Terms outline what you can expect from us when using our website, products, and services, as well as what we require from you in return.
Below is a high-level summary of some of the key changes:
- Combined the provisions of our Terms that apply to all of our customers (direct and PrintLink alike).
- Added language specific to mailing list orders, our rewards program, and Mixie (our AI-powered chatbot).
- Clarified that the laws of Illinois (where we are located) govern the Terms.
- Clarified when an order is considered abandoned if it’s been paid for but not confirmed.
- Added an accessibility policy.
- Provided more detail on the proofing process - including:
- which proof most closely represents how a design will appear in print; and
- how critical it is for a customer to carefully review the proof provided before finalizing an order.
- Further outlined the delivery process, including that given the customized nature of our products, delivery dates are ESTIMATED, and not guaranteed.
- Added language prohibiting customers from using the chargeback process to resolve order disputes.
- Clarified what is a customer’s intellectual property (User Submitted Materials/Comments) versus ours (Mixam Content/Work Product), and what each type of property may be used for.
You can read the full Terms here.
What’s next?
These updated Terms are in effect as of July 07, 2025. If you agree with the changes to the Terms, you don’t need to take any action. By continuing to use Mixam after that date, you’re confirming that you’ve received and agreed to them.
If you don’t agree, please let us know that you object to the changes. If you do, please note that we reserve the right to terminate the contractual relationship with you and delete your account.
